"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

I have been a customer of this office for over 12 years, and unfortunately, my experience has consistently been frustrating. It has always been difficult to get clear information regarding our home and auto policies due to poor communication and lack of responsiveness. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered.

However, when it comes to selling additional products like life insurance, the office is quick to call repeatedly. This contrast in service is very disappointing.

Last week, our family decided to give this office one final opportunity. We spoke with Patty and several other staff members, but the interactions were unhelpful and came across as rude, dry, and dismissive. I even emailed Armando Perez - State Farm Insurance Agent directly and had to escalate the issue to corporate.

Due to their failure to report our coverage to the state, my driver’s license was nearly suspended. It took almost two weeks to resolve something that should have been handled promptly.

After more than a decade of loyalty, it is extremely disappointing to feel that this office does not value or care about its long-term clients. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.
